At the Nutrition Centre 50 local children are given two meals per day whilst their parents are working.

Due to the downturn
in the Global economy, the Nutrition Centre's funding is ceasing at the end
of the year and unless alternative funding is sourced
they will have to close. This will mean that the nearest access to a doctor
will be more than 100 miles away. The overall annual budget for centres running
costs is $60,168; of which $20,268 is allocated to providing the services of
the doctor and medicines, which is free of charge to the local community.
